TrustCar.io sells digital guides, checklists, and vehicle history/market reports (automated + human-reviewed). Products are delivered electronically. Reports involving VINs are for informational purposes only.
No Professional Advice / Limitations
Our materials and reports are educational tools based on publicly available data and the author's experience. They are not a substitute for a professional pre-purchase inspection (PPI) by a qualified mechanic, legal advice, or financial advice. Always perform your own due diligence. We are not liable for any purchase decisions you make.
Guarantee
All products come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If a product does not provide value for your decision-making process, email hello@trustcar.io within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

All content, guides, and reports are copyrighted by TrustCar.io. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish our materials without written permission. Personal use is permitted.
Demo / Placeholder Purchases
While Stripe integration is being finalized, purchase buttons on this site are for demonstration. No real charges occur. When live payments are enabled, standard terms will apply and a receipt will be issued.
Accuracy of Reports
VIN data comes from third-party sources and public records. We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy or completeness of any data source. Human-reviewed reports include the reviewer's professional opinion but are not guarantees of vehicle condition.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrustCar.io and its founder are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our site or products, including but not limited to vehicle purchases, repair costs, or lost opportunities.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version will always be posted here. Continued use after updates means you accept the new terms.
